About Dan Carter

My goal in life is to help people. I am a lifelong resident of the great state of Alabama. I have a bachelors' degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama. I have managed over 15 units and close to 1500 employees during my management career. I made the switch over to real estate after my 1st home buying experience. I figured that if I can help people in their biggest investment to date then it would be a greatly gratifying experience! I never thought that I would not only be helping home buyers but also I would be helping investors in creating lifelong investment properties either in rental portfolios or flip houses. This would of real estate is so vast and it has opened up so many possibilities for me to help others in ways I never dreamt possible.
